Terms of use

Portal accounts are issued to approved BMG members. Membership applications are reviewed by the BMG admin team, which may approve or decline applications at its discretion. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure.

The portal exists for professional networking within the building materials trade. Do not use it to send spam, harass other members, post misleading business information, or share content that is unlawful in the UAE. Messaging other members is for business communication; members can block you and report misuse.

You retain ownership of content you post (profile details, RFQs, job posts, event proposals) and grant BMG permission to display it within the portal. BMG administrators may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.

Event registrations are personal. QR check-in codes must not be shared. Some public events are ticketed through Eventbrite under Eventbrite's own terms.

BMG may suspend or end portal access for breach of these terms or of membership rules. Suspended members lose access to member-only areas.

The portal is provided as-is as a membership service. Business dealings between members are their own responsibility; BMG is not a party to transactions arranged through the directory, messaging, or the RFQ board.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
